Multi-Vehicle Collision on Blossom Hill Road Onramp to US101 in San Jose

A significant traffic collision involving five vehicles occurred on the eastbound Blossom Hill Road onramp to northbound US101 in San Jose at approximately 5:40 PM on September 9, 2024. The incident resulted in lane blockages and required multiple towing services to clear the scene. Emergency responders were promptly dispatched, including paramedics who attended to children involved in the crash.

The collision involved a blue Honda Fit and a Tesla, among other vehicles. The crash caused substantial traffic delays as lanes 1 and 2 were obstructed. Tow services from Great America Towing, City Tow, and Community Tow were called to assist in removing the damaged vehicles. Fortunately, no fatalities have been reported, but the condition of those involved, particularly the children, remains a concern.
