A multi-vehicle traffic collision occurred on US101 South near the Woodside Road offramp in Redwood City at approximately 5:38 PM on September 11, 2024. The incident involved three vehicles, including a white Acura SUV and a Toyota Prius, resulting in significant traffic disruptions during the evening rush hour.

Emergency services were promptly dispatched to the scene, with units arriving by 5:51 PM. One individual reported neck and back pain and was attended to by paramedics. The roadway was initially blocked, but authorities managed to clear all lanes by 6:09 PM, allowing traffic to resume. Tow trucks from Avenue Auto and Loural Towing were called to remove the damaged vehicles.
